John Adedayo Bamidele Adegboyega was born on March 17, 1992, in England. Before the galaxy far, far away called him, he was already making waves in British cinema.
Attack the Block in 2011 gave him his first major role. The comedy horror film cast him as a teenage gang leader and earned him recognition across Britain. Casting directors began to take notice.
Then came 2015 and everything shifted. Star Wars: The Force Awakens paired him with global superstars. His performance as Finn opened doors that would not close.
