Hilda Effiong Bassey was born on September 20, 1995. She would grow up to become a chef, restaurateur, and actor who commands respect in multiple industries.

Her breakthrough came in August 2021 when she won the Jollof Faceoff competition. The victory established her as one of Nigeria's premier culinary talents and opened doors beyond the kitchen.
