Japheth Orobosa Efosa, a Nigerian comedian, also known as Young Elder and Grand Comedian of the Federal Republic (GCFR ), has called on the Nigerian youths to cultivate the attitude of hard work and perseverance while pursuing their goals to make Nigeria great again as giant of Africa.

He made the call while speaking with journalists on his journey to stardom in Benin City.

Efosa said he almost gave up in life but the Nigerian spirit of perseverance kept him and has taken him to the stage he has eventually attained in life, noting that the Nigerian youths can also learn from him and be a leading voice in the country.

According to him, “Growing up in a struggling polygamous family was tough for me.

“Living my dream was almost impossible, but I persevered and resolved that once I became somebody in the society that I must contribute my quota to the upliftment of others.

“My preference here is the elderly whom I mimic and whose image and wisdom I depict in my comedy”, Efosa said.

The comedian who has featured along side Sabinus, Nedu Wazobia, Charles Inojie, Charles Awurum and others, said as part of giving back to the society that has nurtured him, he has made plan to construct a nursing home for the elderly in Edo State as well as provides small business setups for sustainable livelihood for the vulnerable in the society.

He further appealed to the government at all tiers and other kind-hearted Nigerians to always extend a hand of fellowship to the downtrodden in the society.
