Yoruba-Muslim man reveals the kind actions from his Igbo-Christian flatmate that made him vow never to entertain tribal and religious wars

A Yoruba-Muslim man has shared what his flatmate, who is an Igbo-Christian, has done for him.

The Nigerian man, who lives in the UK, wrote on X: “My flatmate, a Christian-Igbo, gave me 9 Iftar and 6 sahur during Ramadan, gave me Arabian perfume and digital counter as Salah gift, now I open my own part of the kitchen cabinet, I see jollof rice, smoked turkey and Greek yogurt, she talk say na me get am say na salah food, bruh sebi na me be Muslim, na me suppose give you Salah food naw.”

He continued: ” See ehn anything wey concern tribal and religion wahala on this internet, count me out, in fact Igbo Kwenu, my new name na Obianuju.”

One of his followers reacted to his post, writing: “The girl who call’s me up everyday to wake me for Tahajud. For the whole 30 nights even on Eid night is named ‘Ojolimeyeju’ a staunch Christian from delta state.

“She has been doing this for the pass 3 years.. May Allah bless her.”
