A fresh lawsuit has been filed against legendary American rapper, Sean Diddy Combs popularly known as P Diddy.
The new lawsuit filed by one Tony Buzbee, a supposed counsel to the plaintiff alleged that the rapper drugged and raped a young musician who at the time was trying to earn a record deal.
The statement disclosed that the alleged incident occurred in November 2022.
The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, claims that he was approached by one of Diddy’s associates while playing guitar on the streets of Los Angeles.
Doe alleges that he was given a drink laced with drugs at a party hosted by Diddy, and was subsequently raped by the rapper.
“This is just another of many cases that will be filed before the end of the month. The Buzbee Law Firm will continue to proudly lead the civil efforts in this important litigation as we pursue these claims in court and ensure the victims have a voice that is heard,” the statement reads in part.
The latest allegation comes on the backdrop of series of accusations by male victims who claimed the rapper drugged and raped them between 2019 and 2022.
The rapper is currently facing charges bordering on sex trafficking and racketeering and has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
His trial is expected to begin on May 5, 2025.
