Printer shot dead by gunmen in Rivers State

Gunmen shot dead a printer identified as George Johnson Sopruchi at Abakiliki Street, close to Emenike, Mile 1 Diobu, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. 

The shooting took place on Saturday night, March 16.

An eyewitness claimed that the gunmen trailed the printer to Abakiliki Street in Diobu at about 8:30 pm and shot him dead while he was discussing with someone.

After the shooting, the gunmen carted away the victim’s motorcycle and one of his mobile phones. 

Onlookers rushed the victim to the hospital where he was later confirmed dead on Sunday morning, March 17.
