President Buhari Leaves For London After Welcoming Chibok Girls

Immediately after making a post concerning the released of chibok girls, President Buhari follow post of leaving for London with the statement below:

Tonight I leave for London, to see my doctors. When I came back in March, I hinted that there might be a need to return soon, for a follow-up medical consultation.

I have sent the required letters regarding my trip to the Senate and the House of Representatives, in line with Section 145(1) of the 1999 Constitution.

Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo will take charge in my absence. Government will continue to function smoothly and efficiently.

I’d like to assure all Nigerians that there is no cause for worry. I appreciate your prayers and kind wishes. May God continue to bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
