Ogun police command reacts after lady accused officer of assaulting her family

The Ogun state police command says it will be investigating the an alleged case of assault levelled against one of its officers. 

 

An X user had shared a gory photo of a woman with blood all over her neck region.

 

The X user in her post alleged that a police officer named Inspector Ogunmakin Stephen harrassed her mum, beat her up and even threatened her father with gun. She alleged that the divisional police at Ado Odo Ota in the state are covering up for the officer who assaulted her family.

 

 

Reacting to the allegation on X, the state police state command described the alleged incident as ‘barbaric’ and said it will be investigating the matter.
