Niger Governor Redirecting State To Prosperity – Uwak

ABUJA -A former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Robinson Uwak, poured encomiums on the Governor of Niger State, Mohammed Umar Bago, due to the multi-faceted people-oriented strides recorded by his administration within a short period in office.

Hon. Uwak stated that within a period of barely two years in office, Governor Bago, has distinguished himself as an astute administrator, a visionary and pragmatic leader, a manager of men and resources, as well as a peace loving man, who has taken delight in providing grassroot development and purposeful democratic governance to people of Niger State.

The former Federal legislator hailed the efforts of Governor Bago in redirecting the destiny of the state to prosperity.

Uwak, is a former member of the House of Representatives who represented Oron, Mbo, Okobo, Ure-Offong/Oruko and Udung-Uko federal constituency of Akwa Ibom State at the 7th Assembly.

Uwak stated this in his statement to commemorate Governor Bago’s birthday celebration.

He eulogized the governor for developing a blueprint to transform the state to an agriculture hub and provide food security for the country.

“Today, as I celebrate your 51st birthday anniversary, I wish to say that, as a friend and citizen, I acknowledge your strategic work and efforts, as being implemented in Niger State, to snatch the state from decades of decay and redirect her destiny towards prosperity. I am very proud of you” Hon. Uwak stated.

He therefore appealed to Governor Bago to remain steadfast and focused in his mission to impact positively in the lives of people of the State through purposeful leadership.
