DAILY POST reports that the regions of Oromiya and Afar have been experiencing an intense seismo-volcanic activity that has forced the evacuation of thousands of residents and caused extensive infrastructure damage since December.
For the past few weeks, Afar and Oromiya have been shaken by a multitude of minor quakes after a nearby volcano began showing signs of imminent eruption at the start of the year.
