A landlady is left boiling in anger after seeing the state of her house after an over enthusiastic tenant painted the place.
The lady visited the house after the tenant moved out and was surprised by the image that greeted her.
The tenant designed the house black and red, with paintings of owls all over the walls and ceilings.
He also went as far as making the sink and toilet black as well.
She had to call in somebody to wash the toilet sink back to white as it is not a very appealing sight.
