In a bid to unite African countries to promote peace, investment and economic welfare, a group the United Africa in One Voice (UNAIOV) has urged country directors in over 17 African countries to continue to support governments of their home countries to ensure peace, promote development and good governance.

President of the pan-African movement, Dr. Adeyinka Azubuike, made the call at the launch of the organisation in Abuja.
Azubuike, who said the continent was blessed with abundant resources but was wallowing in abject poverty due to institutional corruption and insecurity, charged members to proffer solutions to the problem to complement efforts of their home countries.
In a statement by the head of media (Africa) of the organisation, Dr Amarachi Lovelyn Onuoha, the president told member states drawn from 17 countries in Africa to go home with strategies in mind on how to woo foreign investors, promote peace and ensure stability in their countries.

She said: “The governments can’t do it alone without the support of well-meaning individuals like you here. Go home and make your contributions collectively and individually to the economic growth of your countries, let us all embark on this journey with determination and purpose, knowing that our combined efforts can lead us to unprecedented heights.

“And on a recent virtual two hour meeting on 16th Feb 2024, we now have our dollar and naira accounts, and delegates’ diplomatic visit to Rwanda in April 2024, it will be visa-free to Rwanda, we will need an office space of about less than $150/yearly and less than $15 monthly, and the visit aims to have stakeholders’ meetings, bring about empowerment programmes, meet with government officials, chaplaincy of the country, meet with Africans-diaspora chambar of commerce for synergy and collaborations.
