Ex-militant leader Egberipapa whisked away by gunmen who killed his two loyalists

Former militant leader, High Chief Sobomabo Jackrich a.k.a, Egberipapa has been whisked away from his Usokun country home in Degema Local Government Area of Rivers state by gunmen. 

The Nation reported that the gunmen who stormed his home around 3am on Monday, April 8, killed two of his lieutenants and took him away to an unknown place.

Sources also told the publication that the operation was carried out by the military as some army-branded vehicles, including an Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC), were used for the operation.
