To this end, the state government has constituted a 10-member panel of enquiry to investigate the perceived poor attitude of health workers and suggest any other measures to improve services particularly at the Accident & Emergency Department of tertiary health institutions.

The state commissioner for health and human services, Dr. Oyebanji Filani, in a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti, said the committee will be co-chaired by a former commissioner for health in the state, Dr. Femi Thomas and permanent secretary of the State Hospital management Board, Dr. Sunkanmi Alabi.

The committee, Dr. Filani said, is expected to submit an interim report within 72 hours and a comprehensive one within two weeks.
