Justice Yemi Fasanmi delivered the death sentences.

The culprits were arraigned on July 14, 2022, on three counts of conspiracy, armed robbery and illegal possession of firearms.

During the trial, the prosecution counsel, Kayode Salami, presented evidence that the convicts, armed with AK-47 guns and dynamite, carried out the robberies that shook the two towns.

Justice Fasanmi, who said the defendants confessed to their crimes, sentenced them to death by hanging on each of the counts.
