Champions League: Erling Haaland names best footballer ever

Machester City’s goal machine, Erling Haaland, has named Lionel Messi as the greatest player ever.

Haaland spoke at a press conference ahead of Manchester City’s Champions League round of sixteen clash against FC Conpengen.

The Norwegian was asked about the lot of goals he scored, despite which Messi won the Ballon d’Or and if the Argentine has to retire in order for him[Haaland] to win the prestigious individual award.

“Good question! I don’t know. He’s won the World Cup…” he said.
