BREAKING: Gov Yusuf orders arrest of Emir Bayero

The Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has ordered security forces to arrest the 15th Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero.

Bayero, who has been away, arrived in Kano under tight security and proceeded to the Emir’s Palace on Saturday

Meanwhile, the 16th Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi, is currently at the palace.
