Blues initiate contact to sign attacking midfielder

In an attempt to sign 25-year-old attacking midfielder Dani Olmo, Chelsea have initiated contact with RB Leipzig.

The Blues are keen to bolster their attack in preparation for the upcoming campaign, and they have their sights set on Olmo, according to a report from Football Transfers.

Conor Gallagher has played in almost every game for his team this season, and it is obvious that the boss likes him.

Chelsea have plan in place to replace Gallagher

Nonetheless, rumours that Gallagher would be moving have persisted as the London club fight to comply with Financial Fair Play rules.

In the event that the 24-year-old is sold, the Blues would probably search for a successor, and according to reports, Olmo may be that man.

He has grown significantly since joining the German club. Moreover, he has drawn a lot of interest from around Europe as a consequence of his outstanding performances.

Throughout his 19 appearances this season, the Spanish international has contributed 11 goals.

Dani Olmo to Chelsea?

Despite his struggles with injuries during the current season, his talent and his playing style throughout the previous several seasons have made him a highly sought-after player.

One team that has been keeping a close eye on him for some time is Chelsea, and they appear committed to signing him during the next summer transfer window.

The Blues have already begun action to get him to the team, and they are in communication with RB Leipzig to find out how much money is needed to complete the transfer.

It would be interesting to see whether Chelsea can complete a transfer for the RB Leipzig player, who is expected to be in high demand when the transfer market reopens soon.

Pochettino’s team is expected to be busy in the upcoming summer transfer window, with a number of players expected to leave the club.
