Ademola Lookman returns to training

Ademola Lookman is expected to be fit for Atalanta’s UEFA Champions League clash with Club Brugge.

Lookman sustained a knee injury in training ahead of La Dea’s Champions League group stage clash with Barcelona last month.

The Nigeria international completed part of Sunday’s training session with the rest of the team.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the winger will likely be available for Tuesday’s encounter billed for the Gewiss Stadium.

The 27-year-old has missed Atalanta’s last six games across all competitions.

He has scored 14 goals and provided seven assists in 24 appearances across all competitions.

Atalanta lost the first leg of the playoff tie 2-1.
