Israel

Israel secures the second spot with a score of 99. The country has a strong technology and innovation sector. The average age of startup founders is 25, and the country has strong business networks supporting entrepreneurship.

India ranks third with a score of 94. It has the shortest startup process, with businesses able to register in just 1.5 days. Germany ranks fourth with a score of 90. The country has a transparent business culture and a highly skilled workforce.
