Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, will later today mount the podium to speak at the ongoing 2025 Asia Pacific Cities Summit and Mayors’ Forum in Dubai.

Recall that the former Rivers State governor arrived Dubai on Monday for the summit and forum, according to a statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka.

Wike, who left Abuja on Sunday, arrived the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), at about 4am on Monday, where he was received by the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Dubai, Ambassador Zayyanu Ibrahim, as well as officials of the Federal Capital Territory Administration who had arrived earlier.
