Why Business Innovation Academy Is Empowering Entrepreneurs With Skills – Onadipe 

 Amb. Adeshola Onadipe is the founder of Business Innovation Academy, an academy that gives entrepreneurship training to young people and provides practical business education, mentorship, and coaching for startups and existing businesses. 

In an interview with Daily Independent, she said that entrepreneurship is critical to the development of any economy. 

The entrepreneur, who is the founder of Ladies in Business Global Magazine, said that the academy provides programmes in business growth and innovation that help businesses scale through innovative strategies, digital transformation, and market expansion. 

According to Adeshola, who is also the chairperson of the African-Arab Chamber of Commerce, holds workshops and masterclasses and expert-led training sessions on leadership, finance, marketing, and emerging business trends for entrepreneurs and startup owners. 

The organiser of the SHE Awards stated that the academy holds startup Incubation and acceleration programmes to support early-stage entrepreneurs with funding access, networking opportunities, and business development resources. 

Adeshola disclosed that the academy provides networking and business collaborations opportunities and creates opportunities for business owners, investors, and industry leaders to connect and collaborate. 

She disclosed that the academy has a programme for women and youth to support female entrepreneurs and young business leaders in their professional journeys. 

According to her, the academy also provides business consultancy and advisory services and offers tailored business solutions, strategic planning, and management consulting. 

In the area of international business exposure and trade missions, said her academy facilitates cross-border business engagements, trade delegations, and investment opportunities for entrepreneurs.
