Vice President Kashim Shettima on Wednesday officially opened the Digital Nigeria 2025 Conference and Exhibition, the nation’s flagship annual gathering for innovation, technology, and digital transformation.
Speaking at the NITDA-organized event, Shettima underscored the transformative impact of President Bola Tinubu’s economic reforms, noting that international rating agencies are increasingly recognizing Nigeria’s steady progress.
“These reforms are restoring global confidence in our economy and laying a solid foundation for sustainable growth,” he said.
The conference, hosted by the Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani, and NITDA Director-General Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, brought together top government officials, agency heads, policymakers, and local and international stakeholders shaping Africa’s digital landscape.
The three-day event features cutting-edge exhibitions, high-level discussions, and strategic partnerships aimed at accelerating Nigeria’s digital economy agenda.
