Dede Ashiogwu, the former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season
10 housemate, has been gifted N30 million by her fan base, the Devas, in
celebration of her 24th birthday.
The presentation took place on Thursday, as part of a
surprise gifting session organised by her supporters.
A video that has since gone viral captures an emotional Dede
beaming with joy as she is presented with the ceremonial cheque for the
enormous sum.
The generosity, however, did not stop there. The birthday
surprise was accompanied by luxury gifts, including designer wigs, perfumes,
high-end makeup, spa vouchers, clothing, fashion accessories, shopping
vouchers, the latest gadgets, floral arrangements, a Bible, and a custom
birthday cake.

In a follow-up clip, the former BBNaija housemate was seen
unboxing her presents while listening to voice notes and birthday messages from
her fans.
Dede expressed that the overwhelming love and generosity
were “beyond her imagination,” and she thanked her supporters for their
kindness.

The reality star rose to prominence as one of the 29
housemates on the BBNaija season 10 ‘Ten Over Ten’ edition.
Her popularity propelled her to the finals, where she
ultimately finished as the first runner-up, narrowly missing the top prize to
the season’s winner Imisi.
