In the state of Kentucky, Trump garnered 138,987 votes, putting him at over 71%, while Democrat candidate Kamala Harris got 51,950 votes, leading to about 26%.

However, the race was a bit closer in the state of Indiana as Trump clinched 282,526 votes, putting him at over 61%, while Harris got 171,857 votes, resulting in about 37%.

In a related development, Trump, on Tuesday, expressed confidence about winning back the White House.

Naija News gathered that Trump, after casting his Election Day ballot in Florida in one of the most contentious US elections in decades said he is confident of victory.

“I feel very confident,” Trump told reporters at a voting facility in West Palm Beach, adding he believes he “ran a great campaign” against his Democratic rival Kamala Harris.
