During the event, the former Osun State Governor commended members of the APC in the state for their loyalty, unity, and dedication to the progress of the party.
“We are committed and fully prepared to return our great party, the APC, to government in Osun come 2026,” he said, emphasising the party’s determination to regain control of the state.
Oyetola also highlighted the importance of cohesion within the party ranks, describing peace and unity as critical strengths that would facilitate APC’s return to power.
“Your unwavering commitment to the unity, oneness and progress of the party keeps us going and strengthens our collective resolve,” he added.
He urged leaders and members across Osun to remain steadfast and focused as the party prepares for the next election cycle.
“Let us continue to work together, putting aside personal differences, because the future of our party and the people of Osun depends on our unity,” Oyetola said.
The Minister pointed out that the successes recorded by the APC in previous years serve as proof of the party’s resilience and ability to deliver on its promises.
“We have faced challenges before, but our commitment to progress and good governance has always seen us through,” he stated.
Expressing gratitude to his supporters and the organisers of the birthday prayer session, Oyetola described their gesture as “worthy and deeply appreciated.”
He concluded by reiterating his belief that, with unity and consistency, the APC would reclaim Osun State in the forthcoming 2026 governorship election.
“If we remain focused and dedicated, I am confident that APC will emerge victorious in 2026,” he added.
