Hosted by the University of Ilorin, this prestigious event saw Crawford University’s debate team soar to unprecedented heights, securing a coveted semifinal spot and outshining some of the nation’s most elitist institutions.
The team’s remarkable journey was marked by intellectual depth, strategic brilliance, and unwavering dedication, cementing Crawford University’s reputation as a rising powerhouse in inter-varsity debating.
This feat is a testament to the institution’s commitment to fostering critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills.
It was indeed a remarkable display of individual excellence as one of the Crawford University team members earned a medal in the public speaking segment, ranking among the top eight speakers nationwide out of over 50 participants.

The ANUDC Council has further honoured Crawford University by electing Dr. Olusola Aina, the lead Head of Crawford University Delegate, as the Coordinator for the South West Region Universities.
