Nigerian music superstar Tiwa Savage is set to make a powerful comeback with her highly anticipated album, This One Is Personal, scheduled for release on August 29, 2025. The project marks her first full-length body of work since the critically acclaimed Celia in 2020.
The new album explores deeply personal themes of pain, growth, and resilience, blending raw emotion with Savage’s signature afrobeats sound. Recorded across cities including Nashville, London, and Lagos, the project reflects a global yet intimate journey of self-expression.
Unlike her previous works, This One Is Personal features minimal collaborations, with standout appearances from Skepta and Taves. Savage said the limited features allowed her to focus on authenticity and vulnerability in her music.
