Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage has refuted claims that she sabotages other female artists in the music industry.

She urged anyone making such accusations to provide names and evidence to support their claims.

The controversy stems from a few years ago when Kenyan singer Victoria Kimani accused Tiwa Savage of indirectly preventing her from performing at several shows.

In a recent appearance on the Offair Show, posted on X Friday, Tiwa Savage addressed the allegations, insisting she has not interfered with other female artists’ opportunities.

She suggested that show promoters could be using her name falsely.

“If you’ve heard from anybody that I tried to block your bag, mention names. Maybe the promoters are lying and using me, maybe they don’t want to book three, four girls. So, they claim I am the one blocking others,” Savage said.
