South Africa’s President, His Excellency Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa, has ordered the immediate arrest of popular radio presenter Penny Ntuli and her friend after a video surfaced showing them twerking on the side of a busy road.
The president expressed his displeasure over the viral video, stating that such behavior endangers both road users and the individuals involved. He described the action as reckless and potentially distracting to motorists.
“I have seen a video of a female radio host from our country whose name is Penny Ntuli. This radio host is twerking on a busy road where cars and public transits are passing by, and she is just twerking shamelessly. I am ordering for her immediate arrest,” the president said.

The south African law enforcement agencies are expected to take swift action following the presidential order, as concerns over public safety and road discipline continue to grow across the country.
