Former Inter Milan midfielder Benoit Cauet believes the Serie A has been a good ground for breeding young players.

In an interview with TMW, Cauet stated that in the past young talents are not giving the opportunity to prove their worth.

“I don’t want to teach Italian football anything at all.

“In the ’90s, it was the best and most difficult game, with the best players in the world. That’s why young players didn’t play. Today, things are different, and that’s why coaches are starting to bring them in.

“Look at (Kenan) Yildiz, he’s a fantastic player with incredible quality. Inter are also starting to bring in young players.

“Little by little, the new coaches are having more courage in bringing in young players and instilling that courage in them.”
