Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has sparked concern after a video of her in apparent distress went viral on social media on Saturday, October 18, 2025.
In the footage widely shared on X, she hinted at possible physical abuse.
The video showed Regina being surrounded by people amid a tense commotion. She can be heard shouting, “In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing, but in my own house, I am a Queen. Not again. I can’t stand the violence, it’s too much.”

The clip also shows men who appeared ready to intervene, with one holding a stick, suggesting a heated confrontation.
While those around her tried to calm her down, the direct cause of the incident remains unclear.
Nevertheless, the footage has sparked widespread speculation online, with many netizens suggesting that her marriage may be in trouble.
Regina’s marriage to Ned Nwoko has long attracted public attention due to their 40-year age gap—Regina was 19 at the time, while Nwoko was 59.
The couple’s union has also faced scrutiny because of Nwoko’s polygamous lifestyle; he has six wives, with Regina as the youngest and sixth wife.
This incident came not long after Regina, who had just celebrated her birthday on October 10, shared a story about her ring, “Guys! So, a quick story. I misplaced my ring months back, but y’all made it extremely noticeable to my husband by highlighting its absence.
“At first, he was hell-bent on not getting a new one because he thought it was one of my mischiefs. To cut the story short, he finally bought a new one, which is better than the old one!”
The post, once seen as playful, adds an unexpected contrast to the distress seen in the viral clip.
In confirmation of the unrest, Regina’s brother, Ojeogwu Samuel Danhillman (Sammy West), expressed anger and support for his sister on his Instagram story.
“Makachi, e pain me say una wan finally laugh my sister. Let me repeat anywhere wey man dey beat woman, wheter na my sister or not, I go fight with my blood. Senator Ned Nwoko, you get luck say after you beat my sister again, smash her head for wall, you wan comot send thugs! I swear I for burst all your jaw.”
