Serenity Royale Hospital, Abuja, has denied producing the viral medical report alleging that Nollywood actress Regina Daniels tested positive for multiple hard drugs.
The hospital issued a public statement on Thursday distancing itself from the document, which circulated online amid the actress’ ongoing marital dispute with her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
The controversy began after Nwoko accused Regina Daniels of drug abuse and insisted she undergo rehabilitation—an allegation she firmly denied while also accusing the senator of domestic violence.
Shortly after, a supposed laboratory report surfaced on social media, claiming the actress tested positive for substances including marijuana, cocaine, morphine, opiates, and alcohol.
Serenity Royale Hospital has now debunked the document, saying it did not conduct any test on Regina Daniels and had no connection to the report being shared.
In a statement signed by its management, the hospital said: “Our attention has been drawn to a post (on an alleged MID TERM HOME DETOX REPORT) being circulated online in the name of Serenity Royale Hospital with respect to Mrs. Nwoko Regina.
“We wish to state clearly that the publication and circulation of the said post containing classified information did not emanate from us, and we respectfully request the public to disregard it.”
The hospital urged the public not to attribute the document to them, describing it as fabricated.
The situation continues to attract widespread reactions as the couple’s separation becomes increasingly public, with both sides making strong claims against each other.
