A minor injury has forced Emma Raducanu has withdrawn from two exhibition events in America.
While it is a setback, the injury does not look too serious and will not impact Raducanu’s preparations for the start of 2026.
The 23-year-old is set to travel to Barcelona with coach Francisco Roig to make sure she is in the best condition for what is expected to be another season of progression.

Raducanu was due to face Amanda Anisimova in two matches in Newark and Miami in early December, but promoters have confirmed the 23-year-old has been replaced by Jessica Pegula.
Raducanu had hoped to put together a strong finish to 2025 to guarantee herself a seeding at the Australian Open in January but instead brought an early end to her season following her physical struggles in China.
