Racist Chants Won’t Stop England From Overcomin

England captain Harry Kane has disclosed that the team will only focus on beating Serbia and not the racist chants from their fans in today’s 2026 World Cup qualifier at the Stadion Rajko Mitić, Belgrade.

Recall that around 15 percent of the Rajko Mitic Stadium will be closed to fans as punishment from FIFA for racist chanting against Andorra in June.

This is due to ‘various prohibited items, insults, and discrimination in the stands during the matches.’

However, the Bayern Munich striker, in a chat with talkSPORT, stated that the team is prepared to do what is necessary.

“We’re prepared to do what UEFA protocols allow us to do. I thought we handled that situation away in Bulgaria really well. And it’ll be no different,” Kane told the media.

“These are the things that are hard to talk about now, because we don’t know if it’s going to happen or not. But ultimately, like I said, we’re prepared.

“We had a discussion as a group so that if in the event does happen, we’ll be prepared to do what is necessary.”
