In a bold move set to redefine residential living in Northern Nigeria, Pumpkin Property Limited has launched the sale of two high-end housing projects in Kaduna following a strategic partnership with Al-Nuri Duniya Nigeria Limited.
The agreement, sealed through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on October 16, 2025, designates Al-Nuri Duniya as the developer and Pumpkin Property as the exclusive promoter of Prime Living Estate and Prime View Estate — both situated in the fast-growing Millennium City area of Kaduna.
In a press release made available to Journalists signed by Helen Mashaat Head, Marketing Communications, Pumpkin Property, she said the collaboration aimed to deliver modern, sustainable, and inclusive housing solutions that meet the needs of both luxury and mid-income buyers.
Prime living Estate promises a new benchmark for premium housing, offering elegantly designed four, five and six bedrooms duplexes equipped with penthouses, private elevators, and cutting-edge smart-home technology. The estate blends architectural sophistication with comfort and security, creating an exclusive gated community for discerning homeowners.
Complementing the luxury offering, Prime View Estate is designed for medium-income earners, featuring 2- and 3-bedroom bungalows that combine affordability with style. The estate provides modern infrastructure, serene surroundings, and proximity to key amenities, making it ideal for functional and convenient family living.
Speaking on the partnership, the managing director and CEO of Pumpkin Property, Oladeji Bamidele, described the MoU as a “strategic alignment of shared goals” between two reputable brands in Nigeria’s real estate space.
“This partnership with Al-Nuri Duniya underscores our vision to expand access to premium housing options in Kaduna. With Prime Living and Prime View Estates, we are merging Al-Nuri Duniya’s development expertise with our marketing strength to deliver exceptional residential communities that meet the needs of both luxury and mid-income buyers,” Bamidele said.
Also commenting, the managing director of Al-Nuri Duniya Nigeria Limited, Muhammad Nura Abdullahi, lauded the collaboration, noting that the projects would not only enhance Kaduna’s urban profile but also drive local economic growth and job creation within the state’s real estate ecosystem.
Both estates will feature reliable power supply, green spaces, robust security systems, and sustainable infrastructure, reflecting the partners’ shared commitment to quality and modern urban development.
