A private jet operated by Flybird on Sunday morning crash-landed at the Malam Aminu Kano International Airport (MAKIA), Kano.

Facts gathered by BusinessDay indicate that the aircraft, which was conveying 11 passengers, including three crew members, crash-landed at about 9:30 a.m.

The jet was en route from Abuja to Kano when the incident occurred.

Details of the cause of the crash landing had yet to be officially disclosed as of the time of filing this report.
