Members of the Joint Health Sector Unions (JOHESU) have commenced a three-day warning strike over payment of salaries.
The health workers at the University Hospital in Abuja joined the protest to make their demands known.
The protest is in compliance with the directives from the National Secretariat of JOHESU, asking members to commence a three days protest rally from 8 am to 12 noon each day.
The workers are asking for their salaries for the month of April and May 2018.
Salaries of members for those two months were withheld, on the basis of No Work No Pay policy of the Federal government.
