The Police Command in Ogun State has vowed to crack down on scavengers destroying private and public infrastructure and stealing property in the state.
The command’s spokesperson, CSP Omolola Odutola, stated this in a statement on Tuesday in Ota.
Odutola said the crackdown became necessary following a recent arrest of a scavenger involved in stealing at Itele-Awori.
