Police arrest armed robbery gang in Delta

Operatives of the ‘B’ division of the Delta Police Command have arrested a gang of six armed robbers involved in a house-house robbery in Asaba.

This was made known by the command’s public relations officer in a post via his X handle on Tuesday.

According to the two suspects identified as Solomon and Abdul Jubril, there are usually six who rob and their targets are internet fraudsters also known as Yahoo boys.

Edafe wrote: “Operatives of ‘B’ division Asaba have arrested a gang of six suspected armed robbers who are involved in a house-to-house robbery in Asaba.

The funniest part of their confession is that their targets are internet fraudsters (A.K.A Yahoo boys) pls listen to their modus operandi.”
