Super Falcons defender Ashleigh Plumptre has put pen to paper on a new contract with Saudi club, Al Ittihad Ladies.
The new contract will see the centre-back remain at Al-Ittihad until 2027.
Plumptre joined the Tigers on a free transfer in 2023.
The centre-back left Leicester City , her hometown club, as a free agent when her contract expired on July 13.
The 26-year-old scored a hat-trick for Al-Ittihad on her debut against Eastern Flames in October 2023.
She has scored two goals and provided one assist for Lindsay Camila’s side this season.
The former Notts County star played for England at U-23 level but later switched allegiance to Nigeria.
She was part of NigerIa’s squad to the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco and the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup co-hosted by New Zealand and Australia.
