Members of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are currently in a crucial meeting ahead of the 102nd National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting expected to take place latter today.

The meeting is also expected to discuss the position of the BoT members that will be taken to the NEC meeting.

The NEC meeting is expected to receive the report of the Zoning committee led by the Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri, and other reports that might be presented to the NEC by the National Working Committee.

Among those present at the meeting are Acting National Chairman, Ambassador Umar Damagum; National Secretary, Senator Samuel Anyanwu; Senator Ahmed Makarfi; Chief  Jim Nwobodo; Prof. Jerry Gana; Taofik Arapaja; Chief Bode George; Samuel Ortom; Babangida Aliyu,; and Adamu Mu’Azu, among others.
