Oguntoyinbo Condoles With Ekiti Deputy Gov Over Mother’s Demise

Chairman, Ekiti State Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA), High Chief Bamitale Oguntoyinbo, has commiserated with the Deputy Governor, Mrs Monisade Afuye, over the death of his mother, Olori Esther Adegboye.

Oguntoyinbo, who is the Obalodo of Oye Kingdom in his condolence message to the Deputy Governor described the late Adegboye as a mother who lived a worthy life.

The statement reads: Your Excellency, I learnt of the demise of your dear mother, Olori Esther Adegboye. I share with you and your entire siblings ,and the people of Ikere,  this period of grief and sorrow. 

“The demise of your late mother must have been devastating and shocking, a calamity on your entire family and the generality of ikere community. I believe that the vacuum created by his death will be difficult to fill in the family. 

“I know this is the period of sorrow and agony for you and your family members. I therefore join others to express my condolences and sympathy to Your Excellency. 

“Please, you are to take solace and, comfort yourself as a Christian, that mama had lived a good life worthy of emulation. Her contributions to the life of mankind, particularly those who  came across her in her life time will for ever remember her for her kindness and generosity.  

“We pray God Almighty to give you and the family left behind the fortitude to bear this  irreplaceable loss with composure, and God will grant her eternal rest,” it added.

Olusegun Abisoye graduated from the University of Lagos with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications in 2000. He has since worked in various media companies notably Castles, Success Digest, BusinessDay and Vanguard. He also had a stint with CSS Bookshops Limited. He is currently the ONLINE EDITOR for Independent Newspapers Limited, a role he has held since 2018. He is happily married.
