 Paul Pogba’s doping ban ends

French midfielder Paul Pogba is now eligible to return to football as his 18-month doping ban officially ends today, March 11.

Pogba, 31, last played for Juventus before his suspension, which was originally set at four years but later reduced.

Juventus terminated his contract at the end of 2024, making him a free agent.

According to reports from Gazzetta and Repubblica, Pogba is exploring options in MLS and the Saudi Pro League.

He has spent time in Miami, making Inter Miami a likely destination.

Meanwhile, Al-Shabab, now overseen by former Juventus director Pavel Nedved, could also be an option.

A return to Europe seems unlikely, but Marseille remains a potential landing spot, with club director Mehdi Benatia not ruling out a move.

Pogba last played a full 90-minute match on March 12, 2022, in Manchester United’s 3-2 win over Tottenham at Old Trafford.
