Nigerian youths celebrate Alex Otti at Birthday

Nigerian youths under the umbrella of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), have joined the people of Abia state and well-wishers across the country to celebrate the birthday of Governor Alex Otti, a visionary leader whose transformative governance continues to uplift lives and reshape the state.

A press statement issued by the NYCN national president, Solomon Adodo, Tuesday, said “Since assuming office, Governor Otti has continued to embark on remarkable projects aimed at driving sustainable development.

“His administration’s construction of the 188-megawatt integrated power station is a game-changer that will ensure stable electricity for businesses and households. The Deep Seaport initiative is another bold step towards positioning Abia as a hub for economic growth and international trade.”

Continuing, Adodo said, “Recognizing the importance of quality healthcare, Governor Otti has renovated hospitals and launched free health initiatives for expectant mothers, improving maternal and child health. His commitment to education is evident in the recruitment of teachers and ICT training for Abia youths, equipping them with skills for the digital age.

“Another major and commendable stride is the tackling of the long-standing infrastructural challenges by upgrading the Ariaria Market to mitigate flooding and congestion, while his reorganization of the state’s security architecture has enhanced safety and efficiency.”
