Okoloagu said the illegal refining sites were deactivated on Wednesday at Obodo in Omadino Community.
According to him, the sites contained about 2,500 litres of stolen crude oil and 2,200 litres of illegally refined Automotive Gas Oil, AGO.
The Commanding Officer added that the products were stored in five ovens, 11 dug-out pits, and 25 polythene sacks.
He said the successful operation was in line with the ongoing Operation DELTA SANITY II and was based on credible information.
