Manchester City newcomer Tijjani Reijnders says his main goal is to win the Premier League title with the club this season.
Reijnders, who scored a goal in the team’s 4-0 thrashing of Wolves on Saturday, made this known in a chat with the club’s website.
Reijnders re-emphasised that City are looking to win an eleventh league title.

“Yes, the goal is to win trophies,” he said. “Last season City didn’t win the league, and that is our main goal. We all know what we want. We are really eager to reach that goal.
“Big names were at this club. I think it was more of a proud feeling to join one of the biggest clubs in the world. That’s what I want to show, that I am proud to play for this club, especially with a lot of love and fun.
“I’m always going on the pitch with a smile, I love playing football and enjoy every minute on the pitch. This is what I want to show the fans. Starting like this is unbelievable.”
