North African powerhouse Morocco has been confirmed as the host nation for the 2025 Confederation of African Football (CAF) Awards, marking the third consecutive year the country will stage Africa’s most prestigious football ceremony.
According to reports from CAF headquarters in Cairo, preparations are already in full swing for another glamorous event in the city of Marrakesh, which successfully hosted the previous two editions.
In recent years, the Moroccan-hosted CAF Awards have delivered memorable moments for Nigerian football fans — with Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman winning top honours in successive editions.
The 2025 event is expected to once again celebrate Africa’s best players, coaches, and teams, highlighting the continent’s outstanding football achievements over the past year.
