Lady calls out Burna Boy over failed promise

Burna Boy has been reportedly called out by an Instagram influencer and model, Sophia Egbueje, who accused him of using her and reneging his promise to get her a Lamborghini car after an alleged intimate encounter.

A leaked voice note, shared on Instagram, revealed Sophia’s conversation with another person, where she narrated how she met Burna Boy through a mutual friend. She disclosed that she initially considered him as just another “guy” to hang out with and make some money from, as she already had a partner.

However, she went on to claim that Burna Boy promised to buy her a Lamborghini if she agreed to sleep with him. According to her, after an outing, she fulfilled her part of the supposed deal but that the artiste did not deliver on his promise of the luxury car.

This revelation has sparked widespread debate online, with many netizens reacting.

Some accused the lady of being an opportunist while some section of the media criticised Burna boy for not fulfilling promise.
