ABUJA – Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Right Honourable Benjamin Kalu, has congratulated Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on her 65th birthday, celebrated on September 21, 2025.

In a goodwill message, Kalu praised the First Lady as a source of inspiration to women, a compassionate leader, and a dependable pillar of support to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In the statement signed by his Special Adviser on Press Affairs, Udora Orizu, the Deputy Speaker lauded Senator Tinubu’s unwavering commitment to women and youth empowerment, noting that she has consistently advanced these causes through impactful initiatives.

Kalu further commended the First Lady for her strong support of the reserved seats bill currently before the National Assembly, stressing that her advocacy demonstrates her determination to bridge gender gaps and promote inclusive governance.

The Deputy Speaker prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, and good health for the First Lady, while urging her to sustain her exemplary role in leadership.

He said: “I warmly congratulate Senator Oluremi Tinubu, wife of our President and leader, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on the milestone of her 65th birthday.
